2-Ingredient Fruity Jelly Squares

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Fruitree Guava Nectar Blend

6 tbsp gelatine powder


METHOD

1. In a small pot, add the Fruitree Guava Nectar Blend and sprinkle the gelatine powder over the juice. Allow the gelatine to ā€œbloomā€, by letting it sit for 10 minutes.Ā 

2. Place the pot on low heat, and whisk until the gelatine has dissolved. *Chefā€™s Tip: avoid boiling the liquid as this will prevent the jelly from setting!

3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 20cm square baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Once the jelly has set, flip it over onto a cutting board and neatly slice into 64 squares.

5. Serve as the perfect sweet treat and ENJOY!
