2-Ingredient Strawberry & Coco Pops-icles




Makes 4

Hands-off time: 4 hours 


INGREDIENTS 


1 cup vanilla flavoured yoghurt

3⁄4-1 cup Kellogg’s® Coco Pops Cereal OR Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Strawberry Flavoured Cereal 


SERVING SUGGESTION: 

White chocolate, meltedKellogg’s® Coco Pops Cereal or Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Strawberry Flavoured Cereal, crushed 


METHOD 


1. Add 1 tablespoon of yoghurt to the bottom of each popsicle mold and tap the mold on the counter to ensure the yoghurt is layered evenly. Add 1 tablespoon of Kellogg’s® Coco Pops Cereal or Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Strawberry Flavoured Cereal as the second layer and tap on the counter. Repeat the layers for all the molds, creating a beautiful pattern, until the molds are full. *Chef’s Tip: adjust the quantity of ingredients accordingly as popsicle mold sizes vary! 


2. Add a wooden popsicle stick to each mold and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.


3. Once frozen, remove the popsicles and decorate, if preferred. Simply dip 1⁄3 of the popsicle into melted white chocolate, dip into crushed cereal while the chocolate is still wet, allow it to harden for a few minutes and ENJOY! *Chef’s Tip: prep the popsicles as an easy brekkie for the week!
