3-Levels of Chicken Toasties



1. CHICKEN COLD MEAT & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS


2 slices Sunbake Sourdough

2 slices cheddar cheese

2 slices chicken cold meat

2 tbsp butter, softened


METHOD


1. Place 2 slices of Sunbake Sourdough on a cutting board. Add 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of cold meat to one slice of bread.Ā 

2. Cover with the second slice of bread and generously butter the outside of the sandwich on both sides.

3. Place the sandwich in a frying pan on medium heat and toast for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

4. Remove the toastie from the pan, cut in half, serve and ENJOY!


2. CHICKEN & MAYO


TOTAL TIME: 16 MINS

PREP-TIME: 10 MINS

COOK TIME: 6 MINS

INGREDIENTS


2 slices Sunbake Sourdough

Ā½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp diced red onion

1 tbsp diced pickles

Ā¼ tsp salt & pepper, to season

2 tbsp butter, softened


METHOD


1. Place 2 slices of Sunbake Sourdough on a cutting board. In a small mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, mayo, onion, pickles and salt and pepper and mix until combined. Add the mixture to one slice of bread.

2. Cover with the second slice of bread and generously butter the outside of the sandwich on both sides.

3. Place the sandwich in a frying pan on medium heat and toast for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Remove the toastie from the pan, cut in half, serve and ENJOY!


3. CHICKEN PARM

INGREDIENTS


2 slices Sunbake Sourdough

1 store-bought chicken schnitzel, fried or air fried

Ā¼ cup tomato pasta sauce

3 slices mozzarella cheese

4 basil leaves

2 tbsp butter, softened


METHOD


1. Place 2 slices of Sunbake Sourdough on a cutting board. Add the chicken schnitzel, pasta sauce, mozzarella and basil on one slice of bread.

2. Cover with the second slice of bread and generously butter the outside of the sandwich on both sides.

3. Place the sandwich in a frying pan on medium heat and toast for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Remove the toastie from the pan, cut in half, serve and ENJOY!
