Makes 15 large squares

INGREDIENTS
5 medium bananas
Ā½ cup (180g) light brown sugar
1 cup (250g) blueberries
1 cup (250g) White Star Instant Maize Porridge Banana Flavour
1 cup (102g) oats
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180Ā°C and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside for later.
2. Peel and mash the bananas in the prepared baking dish. The bananas should weigh about 590g.
3. Add the brown sugar, blueberries and White Star Instant Maize Porridge Banana Flavour to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
4. Fold in the oats and smooth the top layer of the batter.*Chefās Tip: Add vanilla essence for extra flavour if desired.
5. Clean the sides of the baking dish using paper towel and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove the dish from the oven and cut into squares.
7. Place the dish back into the oven then drop the oven temperature to 100Ā°C and bake for a further 25-30 minutes or until dried to the touch.
8. Remove the dried squares from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
9. Serve the breakfast squares and ENJOY! Chefās Tip: Store the bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days
