INGREDIENTS

2 cups Nestlé Klim Full Cream Instant Milk Powder 

3 tbsp margarine 

¼ cup cake flour  

1 cup grated cheddar

Hot dogs

METHOD

1. Add the Nestlé Klim Full Cream Instant Milk Powder and 2½ cups of warm water to a jug. Whisk until dissolved and set aside.

2. Bring a medium-sized saucepan to medium heat and add the margarine and melt. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute until the flour has cooked. Gradually added the milk mixture while continuously whisking for 2-3 minutes until a thickened white sauce has formed.

3. Switch the heat off and add the grated cheese to the sauce. Whisk until a smooth, thick & cheesy sauce has formed, then season with salt if preferred. 

4. Serve with hot dogs, fries or any of your favourite dishes and ENJOY!
