Apple & Cinnamon Thumbprint Cookies

INGREDIENTS

šŸŖ 1 cup PURITY Jungle Baby Instant Oats Apple & Cinnamon Flavour

šŸŖ Ā½ cup (51g) rolled oats

šŸŖ 2 tsp baking powder

šŸŖ 2 jars (125ml each) PURITY Apples

šŸŖ Ā½ tub (115g) plain cream cheese

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 170Ā°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, add the PURITY Jungle Baby Instant Oats Apple & Cinnamon Flavour, oats, baking powder, 1 jar of PURITY Apples and cream cheese. Mix until a soft cookie dough has formed.

3. Divide the dough into 20 balls and place them on the prepared baking tray, ensuring they are evenly spaced out. Using your thumb, make a small indent at the top of each cookie to form the thumbprint. *Chefā€™s Tip: Alternatively, use your favourite cookie-cutters!

4. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Allow the cookies to cool completely before adding Ā½ tsp of PURITY Apples to each cookies to fill the indent.

6. Serve as the perfect toddler-friendly treat along with freshly chopped fruit and ENJOY!
