INGREDIENTS
2 large store-bought pizza bases, defrosted
2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
1 tub (230g) cream cheese
¼ cup sliced spring onion, plus extra for garnish
3 tbsp TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce, plus extra when serving
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

METHOD
Prepare the braai for direct cooking over medium-high heat (180-200°C) and brush the cooking grates clean. *Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, bake the pizza pie in the oven!
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, cream cheese spring onion, and TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce. Mix until combined.
Spread the chicken mixture on one pizza base, avoiding the edges. Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken mixture then add the second pizza base over the top to sandwich the filling.
Transfer the pizza pie to the prepared braai grates and cook on each side for 5-7 minutes until it is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Using a sharp knife, cut the pizza pie into 8 pieces and garnish with spring onion. Serve with braai sides of your choice and extra TABASCO® and ENJOY!
