INGREDIENTS


1½ cans (495ml) Cappy Orange Mango 100% Fruit Juice Blend

½ cup plain yoghurt, plus extra to serve


SERVING SUGGESTION:

Mint sprigs


METHOD


1. Pour 1 can of Cappy Orange Mango 100% Fruit Juice Blend into a 14-hole ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight, if prepping-ahead. *Chef’s Tip: Freezing the juice will ensure the smoothie is cold & refreshing without diluting it! 


2. Add the frozen juice to a blender along with ½ a can of juice and yoghurt. Blender until a smooth and creamy smoothie is achieved. *Chef’s Tip: Add your favourite smoothie-friendly fruit, veggies or protein powder to customize your smoothie!


3. Pour the smoothie into glasses, top with a dollop of yoghurt and a sprig of mint, add a straw and ENJOY!
