INGREDIENTS
3 cups self-raising flour
1 cup double cream plain yoghurt
Œ tsp salt, optional
3 tbsp NESCAFĂ Classic Coffee Granules
Œ cup margarine, softened
Âœ cup icing sugar, sieved, plus â cup extra
1œ tbsp ground cinnamon

METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a medium-sized baking dish with baking paper.
2. Add the flour, yoghurt and salt to a large mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients until just combined.
3. When combined, transfer the mixture onto a floured counter and knead until a smooth dough has formed about 6-8 minutes. Cover the dough with the bowl upside down until later.
4. For the filling, mix together 2 tablespoons of the NESCAFĂ Classic Coffee granules, margarine, Âœ a cup of icing sugar and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl.
5. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Using a spatula, generously spread the cinnamon mixture over the surface of the dough. From the longest end, carefully roll the dough up into a long log.
6. Use a serrated knife to cut the log into even-sized disks, about 5cm thick. Arrange the rolls onto the prepared baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
7. In the meantime, create the glaze by combining the remaining coffee granules, 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix until a smooth glaze has formed.
8. Remove the dish from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for 5-10 minutes. Lift the rolls onto a platter using the baking paper before drizzling the glaze.
9. Serve the rolls alongside a cup of NESCAFĂ coffee, and ENJOY!
