INGREDIENTS
2 packets (68g) MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Durban Curry
1 sprig spring onion, sliced, plus extra to garnish
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp MAGGI Hot LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce, plus extra to serve

Fried egg
Chilli crunch/oil
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a small pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Durban Curry to the water and cook for 2 minutes until al denté. Drain the noodles in a colander, reserving ½ cup of noodle water, and set aside.
2. Lightly oil the pot and switch the stove on to medium-heat. Add the white section of the sliced spring onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the tomato paste and stir for about 1 minute until cooked. Add the cooked noodles, reserved noodle water, flavour sachets and MAGGI Hot LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce and stir until the noodles are saucy and well coated.
3. Divide the noodles between serving bowls and add an optional fried egg, chili crunch, sesame seeds, the green section of the sliced spring onion and an extra dash of worcestershire sauce and ENJOY!
