Hidden Veggie Fish Fingers

INGREDIENTS


2 tins (170g each) tuna in brine, drainedĀ 

1 egg

1 cup Purity Baby Cereal with Milk RegularĀ 

1 jar (200ml) Purity Mixed VegetablesĀ 


SERVING SUGGESTION

Sweet potato fries, fresh veggies and a lemon wedge


METHOD


1. Prepare the Mixture

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.


2. Line a small, flat tray with cling wrap. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the tray and cut into 14 fish finger shapes. Cover with cling wrap and freeze for 20 minutes to firm up the mixture.


3. Place the fish fingers in an air-fryer at 180Ā°C and bake for 8 minutes.

Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 180Ā°C for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.Ā 


4. Allow fish fingers to cool slightly, serve with sweet potato fries, fresh veggies, a lemon wedge and ENJOY!Ā
