INGREDIENTS
2 sachets NESTLÉ Hot Chocolate Tex Flavoured Drink
3 cups low-fat milk
40g (⅓ cup) NESTLÉ Aero chocolate
80ml (2 scoops) vanilla ice cream
1 NESTLÉ Tex chocolate (58g each), chopped
METHOD
1. Melt the NESTLÉ Aero chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute. Dip the rim of each mug in the melted chocolate and set aside.
2. In a microwavable jug, heat the milk in the microwave until warm. Stir in the NESTLÉ Hot Chocolate Tex Flavoured Drink and mix until combined and frothy.
3. Evenly pour the hot chocolate mixture between the mugs and add a scoop of ice-cream to the top of each drink so that it floats.
4. Scatter the hot chocolates with small pieces of chopped up NESTLÉ Tex, add a sparkler into each mug, light, serve and ENJOY!
