INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
¼ tsp each, salt and pepper, to season
2 slices Sunbake White Bread
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 russian sausage, quartered and fried
2 tbsp atchar, of choice
2 tbsp mayonnaise
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Chives, chopped.
METHOD |
1. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Whisk until combined. |
2. Add the beaten eggs to a large greased pan on medium heat. Working quickly, add the bread over the eggs, allowing a little eggs to stick to the bread. Flip the bread over and allow the egg base to cook through for about 1 minute. |
3. Once the egg is cooked, flip the omelette over to cook and toast the eggy bread until golden brown. Fold the egg that’s overlapping onto the bread. Add the cheese, sausages, atchar and mayonnaise and fold one slice over the other, creating a sandwich. |
4. Garnish with freshly chopped chives, cut in half, serve as the perfect brekkie and ENJOY! |
