INGREDIENTS
12 slices white bread
1 tbsp butter, melted
¾ cup Pnp Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 cups Pnp Medium Fat Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 cups pizza toppings, of choice

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC on fan-assist and grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
2. Using a large glass or small bowl, cut 12 circles from the slices of bread, ensuring they are fit enough to fit in the muffin tin holes. *Chef’s Tip: toast and blend the crusts to make homemade bread crumbs!
3. Press the bread rounds into the muffin holes and brush with melted butter. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
4. Spread a tablespoon of Pnp Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce into each toasted cup. Divide the Pnp Medium Fat Mozzarella Cheese between each cup and add your pizza toppings of choice. *Chef’s Tip: use your favourite pizza topping combinations or utilise leftovers in the fridge!
5. Bake the pizza cups for 12-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
6. Once baked, remove the pizza cups and arrange them on a platter. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and ENJOY! *Chef’s Tip: add 2 pizza cups to a lunchbox as the perfect lunch on-the-go!
