Speedy Beef Noodles Soup

INGREDIENTS


1 (200g) raw rump steak, trimmed and thinly sliced

½ small white onion, thinly sliced

1 cup bean sprouts (optional)


OPTIONAL GARNISH:

Lime wedges

Coriander sprigs

Basil leaves

Mint leaves


SERVING SUGGESTION:

Sriracha sauce

Hoisin sauce


 METHOD


1. Boil 3 cups of water in a medium-sized pot. Reduce the heat slightly and add the noodles from the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Beef Flavour. Cook the noodles for 2 minutes until al dentĂŠ. Once cooked, drain the noodles and divide it between 4 soup bowls.


2. Add 4 cups of fresh boiling water and the flavour sachets to the pot and bring to a simmer.


3. Divide the sliced steak, onions and bean sprouts between the 4 bowls. Add the hot broth over the soup base, ensuring the liquid cooks the steak.


4. Add a generous amount of preferred garnishes, serve with Sriracha and Hoisin sauce and ENJOY!2 packets (68g each) MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Beef Flavour
