INGREDIENTS
1 bag Layās Potato Chips Italian Truffle & Garlic Flavoured
1 block (250g) cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp mayonnaiseĀ Ā
Ā¼ cup finely chopped basilĀ
4 sun dried tomatoes, chopped, optionalĀ Ā
2 tsp dried italian herbsĀ
Ā½ cup grated cheeseĀ

METHOD
Open the bag slightly and crush the Layās Potato Chips Italian Truffle & Garlic Flavoured using a rolling pin until it resembles a coarse crumb. Transfer the crushed chip mixture to a shallow plate or tray.Ā
Ā In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.Ā
Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop the cheese filling into a ball shape. Aim for the size of 3 tablespoons of mixture per cheese ball.Ā
Ā Use your hands to shape the scooped cheese balls into rounder balls. Roll them in the chip crumb, ensuring to press the crumbs to the balls to ensure it sticks.Ā
Ā Repeat this until the mixture is finished.Ā
Serve immediately on a charcuterie board with a freshly sliced baguette, cruditƩ, cold meats and any other of your favourite snacks and ENJOY!
