INGREDIENTS
Base:
1 packet Lu Tuc Salted Biscuits
½ cup (115g) butter, melted
Filling:
3 tubs (230g each) full-fat cream cheese, softened and at room temperature
¼ cup icing sugar
¼ cup whipping cream
2 (80g each) Cadbury Dairy Milk Crunchie Slab, chopped
Topping:
2 (80g each) Cadbury Dairy Milk Crunchie Slab, chopped
METHOD
Line a square baking dish with baking paper and crush the Lu Tuc Salted Biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with the melted butter until well combined.
Use a spoon to press the biscuit mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish to form the base. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, then add the cream and beat until well combined.
Add the chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Crunchie Slabs and fold in until evenly distributed.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the chopped Crunchie Slabs evenly over the filling, cover the baking dish with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight to set.
Once set, cut into 9 squares and ENJOY!
