Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
3/4 cup blueberries
2 cups double cream yoghurt
1 tsp honey

Method:
1. Roughly chop 1 cup strawberries.
2. Blend the strawberries in a Nutribullet until smooth.
3. Blend 3/4 cup blueberries until smooth.
4. Add 1 tsp honey to 2 cups double cream yoghurt and stir to combine.

5. In a popsicle mould, layer the double cream yoghurt with alternating spoonfuls of the strawberry and blueberry mixture.
​
6. Using a spoon, swirl the mixture before freezing.
​
LAVA SMOOTHIES

Ingredients:
​
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 pawpaw
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas

Method:
​
1. Roughly chop 1 cup strawberries.
​
2. Blend the strawberries in a Nutribullet until smooth.
​
3. Pour the strawberry mixture into a bottom of the glass.
​
4. Blend together 1/2 cup light coconut milk, 1/2 cup greek yoghurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 paw paw and 1 1/2 frozen bananas.
​
5. Once smooth, pour the smoothie over the strawberry mixture and mix with a straw to create a lava effect.
6. Garnish with fresh strawberries and ENJOY!
COCOA AND MINT SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- Fresh mint
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Honey
- Granola
- Strawberries
- Cacao nibs
- Almonds

Directions:
​
1. Blend 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 tsp maple syrup, fresh mint leaves, 1/2 ripe avocado, 1 banana and 1 tsp cocoa powder.
​
2. Once smooth, pour into a bowl for serving.
​
3. Top with a drizzle of honey, granola, chia seeds, strawberries, cacao nibs, coconut shavings and ENJOY!

SMOOTHIE AND CHIA SEED PUDDING CUPS

Ingredients:
​
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Kiwi slices
- Fresh strawberries

Method:
​
For the chia pudding:
​
1. Add 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp chia seeds to a bowl. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
​
For the smoothie:
​
2. Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 2 dates and a half a cup of coconut water to your Nutribullet and blend.
​
Assemble the puddings:
​
3. Begin by spooning a first layer of the refrigerated chia mixture to a glass.
​
4. Top this with some chopped kiwi and strawberry pieces, some desiccated coconut and ENJOY!
